Jim Missig serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Quality Medical Management (QMM), where he leads the executive team and oversees all aspects of the company’s growth. He is responsible for expanding QMM’s anesthesia network, driving clinical strategy, and managing overall business operations.

With over 20 years of experience in business development and operations, Jim founded Quality Anesthesia Associates in 2005 to help fellow CRNAs earn 1099 income with stability and consistency. His vision is to create the best clinician experience and establish QMM as the practice of choice for CRNAs.
