Michael Reens is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Quality Medical Management. He works closely with the executive team to oversee clinical, business, and administrative operations across QMM’s facility network.

Michael’s expertise includes contract negotiations, RFP responses, and C-suite communications. He collaborates with facility leaders and medical directors to develop strategic goals, utilizing Lean methodologies and HCAHPS strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
