Michael Reens serves as Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder for Quality Medical Management. In his role, Michael works in collaboration with the executive team to oversee clinical operations, business operations and administrative functions across QMM's vast network of facilities.  Michael's professional expertise in business development includes: contract negotiations and acquisitions, RFP responses, and C-Suite communication.  Through his collaboration with corporate management teams, hospital and facility administration, as well as medical directors, Michael works to determine strategic goals utilizing Lean methodologies, and HCAHPS performance strategies to budget and develop new service lines to increase profitability, lower operational costs and increase patient safety, and satisfaction.
